Embroidery pricing depends on stitch count, garment type, and quantity. Most left-chest logo embroideries on polos or hats run between $8–$15 per piece at standard quantities. Larger designs with higher stitch counts cost more. Contact us for a free quote — we respond within one business day.
For small quantities and professional garments like polos and hats, embroidery is often the better value. Screen printing becomes more cost-effective at higher volumes (24+ pieces) on t-shirts. For work uniforms and corporate apparel, embroidery is the preferred choice for its durability and professional look.
Embroidery works best on structured items — hats, polos, button-downs, jackets, backpacks, and patches. It holds up through commercial laundering and daily wear better than printed alternatives. We do not recommend embroidery on very thin fabrics or items that need fine photographic detail.
Our standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from art approval and order confirmation. Rush orders are available — call or text us at (480) 717-5012 to discuss your timeline. Single piece orders and small quantities are often completed faster.
No digitizing fees when you order from our blank garment selection. Your logo is digitized once and stored on file for all future reorders at no additional charge. For customer-supplied garments, a one-time digitizing fee may apply depending on design complexity.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. High-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI or higher also work well. If you only have a low-resolution logo or just an idea, our team can help recreate your artwork at no extra charge when ordering from our blanks.
We are located at 2011 W Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85027. Open Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm. We ship nationwide with free delivery on all orders. Local Phoenix customers are welcome to pick up orders from our shop.
