Frequently asked questions
The easiest way is to use our Request A Quote form on this website. You can also call or text us directly at (480) 717-5012 during business hours. We typically respond to quote requests within one business day.
Our minimum for screen printed items is 24 pieces per design. Screen printing becomes most cost-effective at 48+ pieces where the per-piece price drops significantly. For orders under from 6 pieces or more, we recommend our Direct to Film (DTF) printing which has a minimum of only 6 pieces.
No, we have no minimum order on embroidered items when you order from our blank garment selection. There are also no digitizing setup fees when you order 12 of our blanks. You can order a single embroidered polo or hat. For customer-supplied garments, minimums and setup fees may apply.
Our standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from art approval and order confirmation. Rush orders are available call or text us at (480) 717-5012 to discuss your timeline. Large orders or complex multi-location embroidery may require additional time.
Screen printing applies ink directly to fabric best for bold, high-volume designs on t-shirts and workwear. Embroidery stitches thread through the fabric professional, durable, and ideal for polos, hats, and uniforms. DTF (Direct to Film) transfers full-color designs onto any fabric type perfect for complex logos, small runs, or garments that are not ideal for screen printing. We help you choose the right method for your project.
Yes, uniform programs for businesses are our specialty. We work with HVAC companies, construction firms, landscaping crews, property management companies, and many other trades businesses across Phoenix and Arizona. We offer consistent sizing across reorders, account management for ongoing programs, and bulk pricing at 50, 100, and 250+ pieces.
Absolutely. From crews to classrooms and beyond we work with schools, churches, dance studios, sports teams, nonprofits, restaurants, and event organizers. Whether you need 6 shirts for a dance recital or 500 for a school spirit week, we can help.
The best formats are vector files: AI, EPS, or PDF. These scale to any size without losing quality. High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI or higher) also work well. If you only have a low-resolution image or just an idea, our design team can help recreate or refine your artwork at no extra charge.
No digitizing fees when you order from our blank garment selection. Your logo is digitized once and stored on file for all future reorders at no additional charge. For customer-supplied garments, a one-time digitizing fee may apply depending on design complexity.
Direct to Film (DTF) printing transfers a full-color design onto a special film, which is then heat-pressed onto your garment. It works on virtually any fabric cotton, polyester, blends, nylon — and handles fine details and photographic images that screen printing cannot achieve. DTF is ideal for small quantities, complex multi-color logos, and garments where embroidery is not suitable. We also offer wholesale DTF gang sheets for other print shops and decorators.
Yes, we accept customer-supplied garments. Please note that setup fees and minimums may differ from orders placed on our blank inventory. Contact us before shipping garments to confirm compatibility with your chosen decoration method.
Yes, we produce wholesale DTF gang sheets for other decorators and print shops across Arizona and nationwide. Contact us for wholesale pricing on gang sheet runs.

For most work uniforms especially polos, button-downs, and outerwear embroidery is the best choice. It is durable, professional-looking, and holds up through commercial laundering and daily field use. For t-shirts and high-visibility workwear, screen printing is more cost-effective at volume. We often recommend combining both: embroidered polos for management and screen printed tees for field crews.
For screen printing, we mix inks to match your Pantone (PMS) colors as closely as possible. For embroidery, we select from our thread library to find the closest match to your brand colors. We send a digital proof for approval before production so you can confirm colors before we run your order.
